The project "Fish Village" in Kaliningrad implemented taking into account the conclusions and recommendations of the experts developed the concept of Penny Lane Realty

The aim of this work was to develop the concept of trade and business district, located in Kaliningrad, combines the hotel, office and commercial functions. The concept was formed on the basis of expert assessments of commercial real estate market of Kaliningrad. Consultants, Penny Lant Realty studied the location and quality of land resource, and as a consequence, determine the number and quality possible to the construction area, taking into account necessary for this type of parking space index.
